Refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
Please Note: Any product that has been used, inked (for pens), or removed from its original protective wrapping is strictly non-refundable. As a high-quality stationery retailer, we must ensure all items returned are in resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Personalized or customized merchandise.
- Gift cards.
- Used stationery, opened sticker packs, or notebooks with written pages.
- Clothing items (such as socks or shirts).
3. Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Any merchandise found to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product. We require the defective merchandise to be returned for inspection. Please contact us at kawaiistationeryvip@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
4. Returns Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once payment is made, your order details are confirmed. Due to our high-efficiency processing times, we cannot guarantee any changes (including shipping address or cancellations) once the order has moved into the fulfillment stage.
